How long will it take to receive the best party game ever?
After your fat fingers complete checkout, it usually takes about 2-4 business days to process, package, and ship out the goods. Shipment time is dependent on the shipping option you have chosen.
Please remember all of our products are hand crafted, laser etched in house, and hand sanded to a pristine finish. This process is done with precision and care to guarantee you the best possible product. We will do our best to complete all orders within a reasonable time, we know you can't wait to play. If you have an event or big party coming up and you want to impress all your friends with this game, please shoot us a message here. We will do our best to work with you, within reason, and expedite your order.
For the holiday season, due to the tremendous amount of orders, please allow for a slight delay in processing time. We can only fit so many blocks in our small hands at once.

 

How do I know my order is confirmed?
After an order is placed, we immediately send an order confirmation email to the email address entered upon checkout. If you did not get a confirmation email, it is probably because you didn't leave an email address. No worries, shoot us a message at shop@northamericanweekend.com  or here, with your full name and order details and we can resend the confirmation and answer any other questions you may have. We are always happy to help!

  

How can I track my order?
Excited to get your package? Aren't we all. It's 2023, of course we have tracking.  tracking number is emailed, to the email address entered upon checkout, once the order has shipped. 
If you have no luck with that, please don't hesitate to shoot us a message here or at shop@northamericanweekend.com.

 

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Unfortunately at this time we do not. But please don't cry yet, we are currently working on a more efficient way to ship our beautiful blocks overseas for you to enjoy. If you are interested, you can join our mailing list to stay up to date on all of our latest endeavors, which will hopefully include worldwide shipping soon. 
 
Where can I contact customer service?
You can message us here or at shop@northamericanweekend.com at any time, day or night. Odds are we are probably up late binging a new netflix series or passed out cold from playing too much Block Party . Regardless, we always have active team members online ready to answer any questions you may have. 
Our response time is quickest between the hours of 10 AM - 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday. However, all inquiries will be answered within one business day.

 

Refund Policy?
Any item, besides customizable expansion packs , can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. Unless a mistake was made on our end, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds of used products. I apologize for the inconvenience.
All customizable expansion packs  or custom items cannot be returned, regardless of the amount of time that has passed since receiving the item. If the items have been misspelled, or a mistake has been made on our behalf, we will gladly ship you out a correct version of you custom blocks. However, we are not responsible for misspellings or mistakes made by you at checkout. Please do like Santa, and triple check your submissions of any custom requests.
If you have submitted a misspelling by mistake before your order has been processed, please shoot us a message here or at shop@northamericanweekend.com  so we can happily fix it.
