Refund policy
We are more than happy to accept returns for non-custom frame, for 7 days after receiving the item. This includes any item that does not contain personalization.
We are also more than happy to exchange, correct, or fix any mistakes on items that are of the fault of our workshop. We are only human and although this is infrequent, it can happen. We apologize and will get you the order that you paid for asap!
Unfortunately, if you (the customer) make a mistake in spelling, orientation, etc. on a custom gift and submit it, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for those items. Please inspect all order requests before placing them to make sure no mistakes have been made on your end.
If you have submitted a misspelling by mistake before your order has been processed, please shoot us a message here or at northamericanweekend@gmail.com so we can happily fix it.
