Shipping policy
Order Processing-
-Orders are processed between the hours of 9 AM - 5 PM EST, Monday - Friday.
-Orders placed outside these hours, on weekends, or during holidays are processed on the very next business day.
-After you have successfully completed checkout, it usually takes about 3-5 business days to process, package, and ship out the goods.
-Custom orders take about 3-6 business days to design, create, and process.
-GIANT Block Towers should take about 2 weeks to hand create. Custom towers will take about 3 weeks. Trust us, it's worth the wait.
Order Shipment-
-All orders are shipped out as soon as they have finished processing.
- Alaska is subject to extended ship times - 11-17 business days in transit with Free Shipping.
Please remember all of our products are hand crafted, laser etched in house, in Connecticut. This process is done with precision and care to guarantee you the best possible product. We will do our best to complete all orders within a reasonable time, we know you can't wait to see them!
